I am a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator. I help participants in family disputes identify issues, discuss options, and work toward their own agreements.

Family Mediation Services

As mediator, I serve as an impartial third party. I do not represent either participant, give legal advice, or decide the dispute. Participants may attend with their own attorneys.

A court may require participation in mediation, but any settlement is voluntary. Mediation does not guarantee an agreement. Confidentiality is subject to applicable Tennessee law and court rules, including legal exceptions.

Family Mediation Availability

Dates are subject to conflict review, required screening, and written confirmation. All times are Central.

Conflict check before scheduling: Complete the mediation request form with your preferred date and the names of all parties and their attorneys. Please do not include substantive details or documents with your initial inquiry.

Please notify my office privately of any order of protection, domestic violence concern, or safety need before scheduling. Additional screening or a referral may be necessary.
